Food for Thought: Sidelined from Running

Running injuries are anything but uncommon. With all of the weight bearing activity, running is known to be tough on the joints and on the body in general. It’s often said that it’s not a matter of if runners get injured— but when! So what’s a recovering runner to do when rehabilitating from an injury?
