For this recipe, shrimp is stuffed with a creamy crab mixture seasoned with tangy salsa, making for a quick yet tasty dish that can’t be beat. Crab Stuffed Shrimp
4 ounces pre-cooked jumbo shrimp (about 6 shrimps)
2 ounces canned crabmeat, drained
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt cream cheese (recipe previously posted here)
1 tablespoon salsa (a clean variety— I used peach-mango salsa)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine the crabmeat, cream cheese, and salsa. Spoon the mixture on top of the shrimps, and arrange the stuffed shrimp on a prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle some black pepper on top of the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
