As many of you know, I’ll be away on a cruise between March 26th and April 4th (Caribbean, here I come!). This doesn’t mean that I’ll be deserting my awesome readers and my loyal subscribers, though— no way! Muddy Melissa’s Musings will be running on cruise control while I’m off soaking up the sun.
What does this mean for my readers, exactly? In short, I’ve worked tirelessly to prepare all of my posts in advance, so you can continue to look forward to daily motivational quotes, clean recipes, and fitness articles. These posts are scheduled to be released twice daily at 8AM and 8PM (EST).
So, even though I’m gone— keep checking and keep reading. There will still be tons of goodies being posted (look forward to some amazeballs recipes— tiramisu protein pancakes, anyone?!). If you want these posts to be e-mailed to you directly, then subscribe to my blog via the button found on the bottom lefthand side of my site!
Additionally, I want to make it clear that I will be cruising clean. I am passionate about eating clean, and I fully believe that clean (or, at the very least, cleaner) choices can be made no matter where you are: working, traveling, etc. While I could easily use my vacation as an “excuse” to throw my clean eating overboard— I would feel like (well, I would be!) a hypocrite in doing so! Not to mention that clean food not only makes my body work better and feel better… but I truly believe it tastes better too.
The cool part? I’ll be documenting my clean cruise experience for all of you guys! I’m using this as an opportunity and a challenge to show you all that you can eat clean… no matter what you’re doing, no matter where you’re at! When I return from my vacation, you can look forward to reading all about my clean cruise experience— from personal tips and tricks to where and what I ate! My hope is that over the course of my cruise I’ll gain some valuable insights that I’ll be able to share with you all once I return.
On that note… Keep striving to live healthy and to be happy— I’ll be returning April 4th!
